***** The house itself rezzes in at 173 land impact (the kitchen is included in that number), and is 40 x 29 meters. The snow for the holiday decor is 50 x 50 meters. You can delete the snow prim (or any of the other decor) if you want, it's all up to you. *****
Also included in the package is a split version of the home, useful for smaller parcels. There is a main house, and a "flex" room, each can be rezzed separately.
There are a lot of rezzable options in this home. When you click the Outside Accessories button next to the front door and rez the decor, the holiday decor rezzes in at 170 land impact. This includes all the exterior decor, as well as the mesh snow on the roof, and the icicle lights. The home is season-change, so you can take down the holiday decor when you're ready and set up for the warmer seasons with the click of a button.
There are interior holiday decorations as well, click the light switches to see them! A Christmas tree in the front room, garland in the kitchen, and stockings hanging from the fireplace mantle.
Windows: Click the controller marked Windows (next to the front door) for a drop down menu of options. You can set the inside view to clear, rain, snow, or falling leaves! Exterior windows have a variety of curtain texture options. Do not link anything to the doors and windows, they need to stay in their linkset to work properly. Click on the lower window panes to open them, you'll notice it doesn't change the falling snow or hanging curtains effect. Windows can only be opened from the inside of the home.
The fireplace has items to rez, including fire, holiday lanterns, and holiday mantle decor. Click on the fireplace for the menu.
Kitchen: the kitchen is animated with singles, couples, and (in the furnished version) adult animations, click on the island to animate your avatar. To change the texture for the cabinets and countertops, click the kitchen light switch. Click the microwave control pad to change the colors of the appliances. Water will automatically turn on in the sink when you're using the dishwashing animation.
The roof has multiple texture options, and the fall leaves come on automatically with the fall exterior decor rezzer, so they will work with any roof texture. Click on the Textures button next to the front door, and choose Roof.
The floors and decks have multiple texture options, also available through the Textures button next to the front door. An added bonus to the floor texture changer - if you accidentally drop a texture on the floor, no need to worry - just click the Textures button, choose Floors and you can reset the textures. Bedrooms each have their own floor texture changer, so you can have carpet in one room, and hardwood in another, for example.
Doors: The doors are automatically opening - you can either click them to open, or just walk into them and they will open for you. Doors are initially set with access for everyone. To lock them, click on a door, hold the button while you drag your mouse across the door. You will get a menu of options, where you can set the door to owner only, group tag only, or everyone. This can be set separately for EACH door.

For the FURNISHED VERSION ONLY: You'll find lots of holiday furniture and accessories inside, and most are texture change so you can use them year round! Three furnished bedrooms (two of them are texture change for year round use), a theater (all you need is your favorite tv, since a TV does NOT come with the home) two living room set choices, a dining room set with texture change chairs and placemats, another copy of the dining room set in the front room if you choose to have that be your dining area after Christmas, a patio set on the back deck that is texture change for year round use, and a front porch swing, also all season texture change.
Many of the furniture pieces have rezzables that vary in land impact depending on what you rez. Click on dressers and nightstands to see all your options.

Extra copies of the furniture are included for using outside of the rezzer switches. For example, if you wanted to set one of the Avalon Cove bedroom sets in a different house, don't take into inventory the ones from the bedroom rezzer switch, instead use the extra copy - it's not scripted specifically to work with that rez switch.
